Rubber-coated weight plates engineered for adjustable home training. Made from eco-friendly rubber over a CNC steel core, they're durable, floor-friendly, and built to last through years of use. A 51mm centre bore ensures a snug, secure fit on all Fittle barbell and dumbbell handles with no wobble.

Each weight is colour-coded for fast identification when loading: Golden Hour for 1.25kg, Burnt Umber for 2.5kg, and Deep Red for 5kg.

What barbells and dumbbell handles are these compatible with?

Fittle Weight Plates are compatible with all Fittle barbell and dumbbell handles. The 51mm centre bore is the standard size across the entire Fittle system.

What are the dimensions of the plates?

Each plate has a 51mm centre bore. Diameters are 170mm for the 1.25kg, 207mm for the 2.5kg, and 225mm for the 5kg. Weight per plate is 1.25kg, 2.5kg, or 5kg depending on the variant selected at checkout.

Why are the plates different colours?

Each weight is colour-coded for fast identification when loading. Golden Hour for 1.25kg, Burnt Umber for 2.5kg, and Deep Red for 5kg.

How many plates come in a set?

Each set contains 4 plates of the same weight, enough to load both sides of a barbell or both dumbbell handles simultaneously.

Will these plates mark my floor?

No. The eco-friendly rubber coating protects both the plates and your floor from impact and scratches during training.

Will these plates fit third-party bars?

The 51mm centre bore is a standard size and will fit most standard bars. We recommend using Fittle bars and handles to ensure the correct fit and finish.
