What are the dimensions of the Fittle Barbell Bar?

The bar is 1100mm (110cm) in total length, with a 25mm handle diameter and 50mm sleeve diameter. Each sleeve is 157mm long.

What weight plates are compatible?

The Fittle Barbell Bar is compatible with all Fittle weight plates. The sleeves have a standard 50mm diameter, which fits all plates in the Fittle range.

Are collars included?

Collars are not included with the bar. Fittle Bar Collars are sold separately.

What exercises can I use it for?

The bar is suitable for all standard barbell exercises — squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and bent-over rows.

What is the bar made from?

Solid steel with a polish chrome finish on both the shaft and sleeves for long-term durability and resistance to wear.

Will it fit in the Fittle Box?

Yes — the Fittle Barbell Bar is designed as part of the Fittle system and stores neatly inside the Fittle Box alongside your plates and dumbbells.
