SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review this policy before placing an order with us.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

The Fittle Box is delivered by a two-person team directly to your room of choice. Packaging is fully removed and taken away, so your Box is ready to use from the moment it arrives.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES? 

Delivery to the UK mainland is included in the price of your Fittle Box.

Orders shipping to Scotland incur a £50 delivery surcharge, and orders shipping to Northern Ireland incur a £75 delivery surcharge, reflecting additional courier costs for these locations. These surcharges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

WHEN WILL MY FITTLE BOX BE DELIVERED? 

You can see estimated delivery dates on the Fittle product page. All delivery dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only.

For EU and UK customers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available date. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. European delivery can be arranged for an additional fee — email hello@fittle.fit for a quote.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
