Fittle started with a simple frustration: we wanted to strength train consistently, but getting to the gym didn't always fit around work, family and everything else going on.
Training at home should have been the obvious answer. But most home gym equipment seemed to require a spare room, a garage, or a willingness to live surrounded by weights. We thought it could be done differently.
The problem wasn't a lack of equipment. It was that almost none of it was designed for the places people actually live. Weights are bulky. Benches take up space. So it gets shoved into cupboards, hidden under beds or left in a corner you gradually learn to ignore.
And equipment that's difficult to get out is surprisingly easy not to use.
We started with a different question: what if strength equipment deserved its place in your home? That meant thinking about it as furniture as much as fitness equipment. Something beautifully made, compact and considered enough to live alongside everything else you've chosen for your home, without compromising on how you train.
When you're working out, it's a proper strength setup. When you're not, it's simply part of the room.

Fittle is an independent British brand, founded in London in 2021 and led by co-founders Megan Blaylock and Izzy Holder. We're still a small team, designing our products in London and working closely with the people who make and use them. That means we hear the feedback, read the emails and spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about details most people will never notice.
We started Fittle because we believed strength training could fit more naturally into everyday life. That's still what we're working on: a home you want to live in, and the equipment you want to train with.
