The Fittle Dumbbell Pair is precision-engineered for serious adjustable training at home. Each handle weighs 3.5kg unloaded and can be loaded up to 33.5kg with Fittle weight plates (sold separately).

Load them with any Fittle weight plates and secure with magnetic bar collars to dial in exactly the right weight for every exercise. Fine precision knurling across the grip zone delivers confident, secure contact whether you're curling, pressing, lunging or rowing.

A polish chrome finish on both shaft and sleeves ensures lasting durability and resistance to wear over years of training. Compact, premium, and built to the same commercial-grade standard as the rest of the Fittle system.

What are the dimensions of the dumbbell handles?

Each handle is 400mm in total length, with a 25mm handle diameter and 50mm sleeve diameter. Each sleeve is 120mm long.

What weight plates are compatible with the dumbbells?

The Fittle Dumbbell Pair is compatible with all Fittle weight plates. The sleeves have a standard 50mm diameter which fits the entire Fittle plate range.

How much do the handles weigh on their own?

Each dumbbell handle weighs approximately 3.5kg unloaded, giving you a starting weight of 3.5kg per dumbbell before any plates are added.

Are weight plates and collars included?

Weight plates and collars are not included. They are available separately or as part of the Fittle Adjustable Dumbbell Sets.

How much weight can each dumbbell handle hold?

Each sleeve is 120mm long, accommodating up to 33.5kg per dumbbell when fully loaded with Fittle plates.

What exercises can I use them for?
