The Fittle Adjustable Dumbbell Set includes two loadable steel handles, rubber-coated weight plates, and four magnetic snap collars — everything you need to train across a full range of exercises at home. What weight configurations are available?

The Adjustable Dumbbell Set is available in three configurations — Light (up to 11kg), Medium (up to 18kg), and Heavy (up to 23kg) per dumbbell. Select your preferred weight range on this page.

What is included in each set?

All sets include two dumbbell handles and four collars (2 pairs). The Light set 4 x 1.25kg weight plates and 4 x 2.5kg weight plates. The Medium set includes 4 x 2.5kg weight plates and 4 x 5kg weight plates. The Heavy set includes 8 x 5kg weight plates.

How much do the handles weigh unloaded?

Each dumbbell handle weighs 3.5kg unloaded, giving a starting weight of 3.5kg per dumbbell before any plates are added.

What are the dimensions of the handles?

Each handle is 400mm in total length, with a 25mm handle diameter and 50mm sleeve diameter. Each sleeve is 120mm long.

Will the plates damage my floor?

No. All Fittle plates have an eco-friendly rubber coating over a CNC steel core, protecting both the plates and your floor during training.

Can I add more plates later?

Yes — all Fittle weight plates are sold separately and are compatible with the dumbbell handles. Simply add the plates you need as your strength builds.

Will these fit in the Fittle Box?

Yes — the Adjustable Dumbbell Set is designed as part of the Fittle system and stores neatly inside the Fittle Box.
