Your questions answered

How do I get access to the online coaching platform?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to sign up to the coaching portal and download the training app. Once you've activated your account, you can book your first call with Dan and your programme will be waiting for you in the app after it.

When does my month start?

The day you activate your account, not the day you buy. Your activation email arrives after purchase and you can activate whenever you're ready to begin, so your month runs from your first day of coaching.

What happens on the first call?

In your initial video call with Dan. You'll talk through your goals, your schedule and your training history, and Dan will build your plan around that.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. Dan specialises in coaching beginners and building routines that last. If you've never trained with weights, your first month is designed to give you confidence and a plan you can keep following.

How often will I hear from Dan?

A weekly video check-in, plus direct messaging in the app between sessions. Dan replies during working hours, typically within one working day.

Is there any ongoing commitment?

No. You pay for the period you choose and there's nothing to cancel.
