The finishing touch to a complete home training setup. The Fittle Resistance Bands come as a set of four, giving you a light and heavy option for warm-ups, mobility work, and upper body training at home.

The bands are designed to connect to the Fittle Box, but can also be attached to any stable anchor point — a door frame, squat rack, or fixed post. Use them for banded rows, pull-aparts, bicep curls, shoulder work and face pulls, or build them into a structured warm-up before loading the bar. Each tube comes with a detachable black rubber handle for a comfortable, controlled grip.
