What are the dimensions of the bench mat?

The mat measures 1090mm × 360mm × 5mm with 10mm radius corners — designed to sit flush on the Fittle Box bench surface.

What is the mat made from?

Natural rubber with a polyurethane coating — non-slip, durable, and easy to wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Will it fit other benches?

The mat is designed specifically for the Fittle Box bench. It may fit other benches of a similar size but we recommend it for use with the Fittle Box, Fittle weights, or standalone.

Does it protect the floor?

Yes — the TPE construction absorbs impact and prevents scratches to your floor during training.
