FITTLE BOX

The Fittle Box is an all-in-one home strength training system. It includes a beautifully designed wooden storage box, adjustable dumbbells, a barbell, weight plates, collars, resistance bands, and a training mat — everything you need for full-body strength training at home.

The Fittle Box is designed for progressive strength training, supporting beginners through to experienced lifters. It allows you to perform heavy compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows.

Fittle Box Plus includes 55kg of weight plates. This allows you to load:

• One dumbbell up to 33.5kg
• The barbell up to 46.5kg
• Two dumbbells to a combined 57kg (28.5kg per dumbbell)

Fittle Box Base includes 35kg of weight plates. This allows you to load:

• One dumbbell up to 28.5kg
• The barbell up to 36.5kg
• Two dumbbells to a combined 42kg (21kg per dumbbell)

If you start with the Base model, you can add more weight later with the Plus Kit, allowing the system to grow as you get stronger.

The Fittle Box is designed to fit comfortably into modern homes and flats. Its compact footprint makes it easy to store in a living room or bedroom while also functioning as a coffee table or seating bench when not in use.

Yes. You can upgrade your Fittle Box anytime by purchasing the Plus Kit, which includes an additional 20kg of weight plates (4 x 5kg plates). This allows you to increase resistance without replacing your existing equipment.

Yes. The Fittle Box is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced lifters. Adjustable weights allow you to start light, learn proper technique, and gradually build strength at your own pace.

The Fittle Box supports full-body strength training at home, including lower-body, upper-body, and core workouts. With a Fittle Box, you can perform barbell lifts, dumbbell exercises, resistance-band training, and bench-based movements, replacing the need for multiple pieces of gym equipment.

The Fittle Box itself arrives fully assembled. Before your first workout, you’ll need to secure the internal racking using the screws provided and a screwdriver. Once the rack is in place, simply unwrap the weight plates and load them into the rack. Setup is quick and straightforward, and clear instructions are included.
